The future is designed and executed in BIM
Building Information Modelling (BIM) is a collaborative work methodology used to create and manage construction projects.
The aim is to centralise all the project information in a digital data model created for all its agents.

Open BIM
BIM is an evolution of traditional design systems based on plans, as it incorporates geometric (3D), time (4D), costs (5D), environment (6D) and maintenance (7D) information.
The use of BIM also goes much further than design phases, encompassing project execution and overarching the entire building life-cycle, enabling its management and reducing operational costs.

Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Since 2015, Altairu has been a BSSCH partner (Building Smart Spanish home of openBIM), participating in the events and activities that this organisation performs in support of BIM implementation.

TEKLA Structures BIM Software
Our support for 3D modelling was pioneering, and already back in 2001 we had implemented the software needed to offer our clients a maximum optimisation of their investments.
Back then the programme used was X-Steel, which has evolved into what we now know as TEKLA Structures BIM Software, our main tool, as well as calculation programmes (Cype), Cad, etc.

IDEA StatiCa
IDEA StatiCa is a very advanced engineering software dedicated to structural design for steel and concrete.

CYPE
CYPE has BIM solutions for professionals in multiple areas. The set of applications has tools that facilitate work in the development of BIM projects.

SAP 2000
SAP 2000 is a finite element program, with an object-oriented 3D graphical interface, prepared to perform modeling, analysis and dimensioning in structural engineering projects.
